So much easier to top up with the app and they don’t cut off your energy supply if you run out during the night, giving you time to top up before 9:30 next day

The unit is making a lot of funny noises in the box outside and I could do with someone coming out to make sure there are no issues with it’s fitment and functionality.

Happy don’t have to go the shop to top up. Installer instructed me and was pleasant.

Fantastic meters dont have to queue in shops any more for gas and electricity just use my app brilluant very pleased

I'm happy with my smart meter I had a few issues with availability of times to install but that aside the technician was polite and explained how to use the smart meter.

Engineer was lovely and everything seemed to go smoothly. However Green Energy said there is an issue with the smart meter being connected to their systems. Not sure when this will be fixed as I am still paying estimates. Again, may have nothing to do with engineer

The engineer was very approachable and knowledgeable we would have liked it to show energy used with certain items.

When had meters first fitted electric kept tripping and it blew my tv up.u sent an engineer out and he must hav dorted problem out as meters now dnt trip bt he told me nothing wrong with the smart meter probably to save you money for buying me a new 1

Haven't had a problem with your service only thing that annoys me is that when i change to you i had £126 and a few pence on my gas meter which i never got you did transfer my electric so can't understand how you could forget about my gas
