“Lots of problems to Start with service was not good not happy at all with with that part of it left with no services for a good few hours as could not top up the cards as wrong codes were sent to my Meter only insistence for a replacement meter from the young engineer that was sent to us got it sorted now find it very convinent just need to inprove your cus to me services”
“The installation was fine , I don’t like the fact when I run out of gas I have to mess about waiting for it to go onto the smart meter after topping up then pressing buttons on the display then having to go into my gas cupboard to press buttons on the gas meter, it was much easier before I got smart meters.....which are not that smart or I wouldn’t have to turn my supply on in 2 different places, I much prefer the old system.”
“It would be a better review if I had my smart card delivered. Despite numerous phone calls and promises I have yet to receive one. This is unacceptable service.”
