“would of given no stars , these are the worst screws Iโve ever used , ordered for driveway gates that customer hade made . These are mild steel and I have the job of installing timber slats , fist of all theyโre not self tapping as the thread keeps stripping and secondly the square drive heads disintegrate with any pressure used . I ordered these because of the large diameter head Iโm now left with 14 lengths of cedar with large countersunk holes and 4 mm holes in the gates . It says in the blog that these products are used in the medical and nuclear, really ! Whatever you do , donโt buy from this company”
“Terrible service. Ordered next day delivery based on website stock levels. No sign of delivery. Buyer contacted Accu customer service to be told they were being picked and would be shipped for the next day.
Next day no fixings. I called only to be told they were picking them as we spoke and would be shipped later that day for tomorrow or Monday.
Clearly issues with this company. Cannot trust customer service staff and will not be using or recommending them in future!”
“Site says parts are in stock and ready for immediate shipment. Upon ordering, it says parts are ready to be picked up. Two days later, it updates to 'QUALITY CONTROL ISSUES', and the company doesn't respond to requests for information on this. 4 days later and about a dozen requests to customer service, and I finally get a response stating this...
"I have looked into your order and can confirm that your order was stopped for delivery due to a quality control issue, this means that when the warehouse were preparing your order they had the incorrect components.
I can now see you order is due for delivery on Thursday 25th March."
Originally due for delivery on February 25th... Strange that because they 'prepared the incorrect components', it'll take them a month to fix this... especially given that the items are still listed on the site for immediate shipment.”

There have been several incorrect deliveries of items ordered and although very promptly corrected, pointed to some problems with incorrect selection of items.

However the customer service still can be improved. I have never received an e-mail confirmation about payment and placing the order (also the web-site reports me each time about sending the confirmation e-mail).
I am slightly confused by the invoice, which I can download from the web-site. It shows price (including VAT) and the delivery cost. The sum of these two quantities does not match to the total sum.
