The order was processing for a week before I called on my day off and spent 6hrs on the phone, yes thats correct. Was not able to get ahold of anyone. I sent multiple emails. Then all sudden an email stating my order was scanned for pickup!! I called again. 3 more hours trying to get a hold of someone. I finally reached out to UPS and cancelled the order from that end too. Filed a claim with my cc company because of course the money was taken out! Never got the order and after a month the money was credited. Never again! Went with an American company and will be doing my business with them going forward.”
