“Our department placed a large order (approximately 20 vests, including 2 with body armor) about a month ago. We received roughly one-third of the order during the first week, but we are still waiting on the remaining items. I’ve been trying to get an update or an estimated delivery date for the rest of the order for the past two weeks. We have yet to get a answer.
To be clear, we are very pleased with the vests and the armor—the quality and style are excellent. I realize we may have placed the order at a busy time, and it seems likely that the most common sizes (X and XL) may be on backorder.”
“The ordering process was easy and simple however the shipping took a lot longer than it says on their website mine took 15 days to get to me but when I talk to their customer service they were polite and they thoroughly looked into why it was taking so long so I give their customer service and their website five stars but the shipping did take a while the product is great comfortable I love it I would buy another one”
