“I need to return a vest due to poor sizing. I have been on hold for several hours and no one answers. I have sent multiple emails and filled out their online form and no one replies. Its been almost 2 weeks trying and no luck. Do not buy from this company.”
“I ordered from Ace Link armor November 2025; I ordered several vests for our team. I received no update after being informed it would take about 6-8 weeks. Well, here it is June 2026, the only update was an apology for the delay and a 30% off coupon the next purchase. When i responded to the email, i got no response and can never get in contact with anyone via phone or email. Unfortunate because I was referred to use them and like the look of their product. Safe to say, ill never order from them again. Everyone has their own experience and again unfortunately this has been mine.”
“The measurements on the vest are not the same as described on the website. I got the largest because the measurements said it would cover my size but I has to buy extensions for the side straps. I tried contacting the company but NO response since they already got their money.”

“Customer Service nightmare. I made an order after I found a product that stated would ship next day. This did not happen. The order was processing for a week before I called on my day off and spent 6hrs on the phone, yes thats correct. Was not able to get ahold of anyone. I sent multiple emails. Then all sudden an email stating my order was scanned for pickup!! I called again. 3 more hours trying to get a hold of someone. I finally reached out to UPS and cancelled the order from that end too. Filed a claim with my cc company because of course the money was taken out! Never got the order and after a month the money was credited. Never again! Went with an American company and will be doing my business with them going forward.”
