“I ordered from Ace Link armor November 2025; I ordered several vests for our team. I received no update after being informed it would take about 6-8 weeks. Well, here it is June 2026, the only update was an apology for the delay and a 30% off coupon the next purchase. When i responded to the email, i got no response and can never get in contact with anyone via phone or email. Unfortunate because I was referred to use them and like the look of their product. Safe to say, ill never order from them again. Everyone has their own experience and again unfortunately this has been mine.”

Great ergonomics, great fit,..i wear 7 5/8 hat and large fits with minimal tolerance and play for wobble

Rails and cords as well as velcro options everywhere, nods connection is great

“I've purchased plates from Ace Link Armor on a few occasions for different kit and even recommended them to friends because it's quality and price but the customer service solidified it for me because when I did an order that accidentally doubled but it was done on a Saturday, I was able to call them the following Monday and they were very understanding and helpful. They found my order and refunded the 2nd purchase and was able to get everything squared away without a problem. In the past with other companies this would have been a 2 week process and 2 hour call and this took me a 30min call and 5 business days. “Our department placed a large order (approximately 20 vests, including 2 with body armor) about a month ago. We received roughly one-third of the order during the first week, but we are still waiting on the remaining items. I’ve been trying to get an update or an estimated delivery date for the rest of the order for the past two weeks. We have yet to get a answer.
To be clear, we are very pleased with the vests and the armor—the quality and style are excellent. I realize we may have placed the order at a busy time, and it seems likely that the most common sizes (X and XL) may be on backorder.”
