“I used to live near the Achilles Heel shop in Glasgow and was always impressed by the high standard of customer service. Staff were friendly, attentative and well informed. I always felt like they were giving me sound advice, irrespective of how much (or how little!) I was likely to spend. The high standards extend to their online shop and I'll definitely be using it again now I don't live in Glasgow. I'll also be recommending it to friends. Great stuff all round :)”
