“poor customer service when products fail”

“The speed of delivery was okay but the garment box was damaged and had obviously been handled and opened excessively prior to me purchasing the item. This was disappointing as although the box is not vitally important, the item was bought to be given as a Birthday gift and so from that point of view it wasn't good.”
