“I ordered a pair of trail shoes which arrived in good time with free delivery. They did not fit so I returned the shoes and very quickly received a paypal refund. Good communication. Timely delivery/refund = a good experience. Thanks”

“I made my first purchase with the company. As well as a great price, the people I spoke to at both the shop and warehouse could not have been more helpful (even though it was after normal working hours). I received my goods as promised and was kept informed every step of the way. I wouldn't hesitate to use Achilles Heel again in the future. I have already recommended them to a friend. First class service.”

“Fast delivery, good advice. Not there to 'sell' for the sake of it. Questions asked and advice given as to product suitability. Quality service. Second time I have used them and would not go anywhere else for running gear. Even hubbie impressed!! Recommended to me and I recommend to others, they have recommended Achilles Heel to others. “I found the website very informative and user friendly. I was looking for a specific make and style of training shoe and the site made the whole experience very smooth and simple. The shoes arrived within three days or placing the order. In time for my next training session with my personal trainer (who loved them) and i recommend the site to her. Many Thanks I would definitely recommend the site and use it next time i need new trainers.”
