(so arrived One week late according to the dates sent to me by Activewear) When I returned from my holiday I emailed twice, called several numbers and left messages but have never had a reply to either. I want to return the unused goods but have no address or label to return to., and it seems no one is bothered to help.

“Ordered a winter coat £62, turned our that it did not fit me, paid for return, sent it back via royal mail signed for the next day, have been waiting over a month now for a refund. No one replies to my emails. Absolute joke. Had to dispute the charge with my credit card provider. Still waiting for an answer.”
