“5-7day delivery schedule actually means they contemplate your delivery for 7 days, & then begin the process of instructing hermes to deliver within 3 days.
I had the choice of 2 suppliers at the same cost, I zigged when I should have zagged.”

They are very small they only just fit my daughter who is a small 14.i am unable to send them back as all the packaging was thrown out.I have to say I was very disappointed as I wanted them for work.i would suggest anyone over a size 16 would need to order the largest size.”

Contacted customer service about it and return it 3 times and not heard from them yet.I just hopeing now I will get my refund as I did returned it but not respons from the customer service team yet.To me this is really very poor communication from the team.
