I hearby write to you again to question what is going on. This situation is getting beyond frustrating. It's taken so many months for you guys to do the right thing but it seems with all the patience I've given you I still find myself here which is nowhere.
I demand an immediate full refund of the order that was returned back to your company unopened, full tracked next day delivered by Royal Mail reason for which I returned after being delivered months after I ordered it with no update or response to contacts I made to you. PLUS a £500 compensation for the personal stress and anxiety, time I have spent chasing you for months and the serious impact it has had on my client and the immeasurable loss of their customs to my small business. Your company and your the way you have treated me has severely affected me and the I have made you aware of this over and over, you chose to do nothing. It's an excuse after and excuse.
I expect a reply with confirmation that this will be in my bank account by the end of work today.
Following some legal advice, should you fail to do this, I will assume that you choose to settle this legally and as such I will have no choice but to proceed accordingly.”

Placed order 22nd march received email from these on 23rd cancelling my order so purchased else where
Fast forward to 27th March received email stating package on way I sent several emails cancelling order ad sending proof they had canceled it
Many taken out of account 28th even though the order had been canceled
Received order 31st sent straight back and still waiting for refund and had no communication still”

Email 2 weeks later. Emailed them on 27 March but no reply and still no goods. They said I’d chosen Amazon Pay which is odd as I’ve never used it before. Amazon confirmed nothing to do with them so I’ve reported it to my bank. Dodgy Dodgy Dodgy!!”
“Scam website, DO NOT spend even 1p on this website. Goods are shown as in stock but never arrive. No contact number on the site and they do not respond to emails or messages. Their facebook page has comments turned off.
The only way to get your money back is via your card provider.”

I told them to cancel it and refund me in full as they were no longer needed as I had to go and purchase from elsewhere but then I had an email a few days later stating they had been dispatched. These guys just steal your money even if it’s a very small amount. Ordered a gilet early December. Still haven’t received it. After numerous emails across Dec, I got a reply saying technical issues had delayed the order. I then asked to cancel the order and refund my account. This was mid Dec. Still nothing. Still chasing. Still nothing. Absolute tossers who simply steal money from its customers through what looks like a valid website. It’s not. Please DO NOT BUY from them. They’re just stealing your money with no consideration for the customer who has invested their trust in their product which in turn, turns out to be a SCAM.
