“STILL WAITING FOR MY £149.90 REFUND FOR OVER A MONTH, WITH NO RESPONSE
I have made 3 orders from in a short space of time with Activewear and wish I had used another supplier.
The website looks very professional and sucks you in but please be warned that they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all.
The first order was returned as the item wasn't quite what I was expecting, which is no fault of theirs. But this was returned over a month ago, in accordance with their returns policy and was signed for on receipt. I haven't heard from them since and am still waiting for the £149.90 refund. I have emailed and not even received an acknowledgement.
The second order was great.
The third order had an item missing, and I am still awaiting a response to my emails.
In hindsight I wish I had seen the reviews on this website before ordering from them as I would have been very wary of placing the orders in the first place. Plus I made the orders in a short space of time which explains why I didn't expect the refund before the receipt of the 3rd order. I should have known better.

“Item sent back via tracked mail as wrong size, item in original condition and original packaging, been waiting weeks for a refund, no communication from company having sent 5 emails re refund. Almost £100 out of pocket.”

It basically says do not email us again as it will only delay your order. If you try to track your package with Hermes it says that your parcel is on its way?.? It’s been on its way for two weeks now!!”
“Do not trust this company. I ordered waterproofs only received part of the order that showed up late I returned the part order and requested a refund and cancelled the rest of the order. I have emailed several times with no reply. Have a look on Trustpilot if you want to see how bad this company are they have kept my £157.55 (order S35723) with no explanation. I would not give one star if the choice was their. Will update”
“Not true to size very small I am normally a 16 so ordered a 16- 18 it’s more like a size 14 for a 2 xl that’s ridiculous
Returned my order 4 weeks ago and still not had a refund very disappointed not even acknowledged the return of the : T-shirts I have postal evidence that I posted items back”
“Ordered this on 1/11/20 for delivery on 6 or 7/11. Despatch "claimed" on 4/11 but item never arrived. Contacted seller but didn't get a response at all. Eventually gave up and started an eBay resolution. The service has been atrocious so would I use again? No chance. Obviously no stars due at all unless it could be minus, but had to put one or couldn't continue.”
