“Ordered this on 1/11/20 for delivery on 6 or 7/11. Despatch "claimed" on 4/11 but item never arrived. Contacted seller but didn't get a response at all. Eventually gave up and started an eBay resolution. The service has been atrocious so would I use again? No chance. Obviously no stars due at all unless it could be minus, but had to put one or couldn't continue.”
“Sent item back as it didn't fit. Never heard anything, after a month, emailed to ask if they've received item and email has been ignored apart from auto reply.”

“Inimitably everything was fine, however, items have still not arrived and have requested a cancellation of the order. No response from Active Wear yet and nobody manning the phones, so unable to speak to anyone about the issues with delivery. Have been emailing Sarah, but again no response from last emails so as it stands I am £50 out of pocket, with no clear understanding of when I'll get my money back and where my items are ....”
“Really poor service, took 3 weeks to even dispatch the items. Then when the items arrived they are huge in size so now I have to return them. I needed these as school trousers for my son as he cannot do buttons or clasps so really disappointed in the service. I eventually sent an email and they gave some story about the late decision of kids going back to school after covid but as parents we had the same amount of time to organise as other years.”

“These were not delivered and I have had to wait weeks for them to contact Hermes.. and it is still not resolved. It has been 2 weeks and still no jackets or refund. I ve been told today that once Hermes have replied I will be refunded. I have been very patient but now feel I am chasing them. I have bought 4 jackets now as my boys started school and they needed jackets and I dont see why I should be out of pocket! Ive been talking to Sarah who is lovely, but I need this sorted and I need my refund.”
