“These were not delivered and I have had to wait weeks for them to contact Hermes.. and it is still not resolved. It has been 2 weeks and still no jackets or refund. I ve been told today that once Hermes have replied I will be refunded. I have been very patient but now feel I am chasing them. I have bought 4 jackets now as my boys started school and they needed jackets and I dont see why I should be out of pocket! Ive been talking to Sarah who is lovely, but I need this sorted and I need my refund.”

“Absolutely rubbish service I placed an order on the 13th September and the order is still not with me, I've paid for items i haven't got which feels a rip of it is now 6 days since I placed my order, only one communication from activewear days ago asking me to confirm my address which incidentally is exactly the same as on my original order, not heard anything since very poor communication not impressed”

They offer a 'Express's postal service that you pay extra for however on both occasions my items were not even delivered within a normal time frame they were both almost 7 days from date of order. I was refunded for the 'Express' postage I had paid, whilst this may be an error happening once, twice just screams incompetence! I wont be shopping with this company again.
I'm still waiting on my refund from my first order that I returned!”
