Jumper good quality, service is shocking paid to upgrade my delivery and waited over 2 weeks. No offer to refund the delivery charge even though extra was paid. No communication to tell you it was going to be late won’t be ordering again.

Hi am being asked for feedback and my item has not yet arrived. It was ordered a few weeks ago and I have not yet received it. There have been no comms to explain the delay.

Paid £6.95 for 2-3 day delivery. Took 8 days to arrive. Free delivery stated 5-7 days! Have emailed them twice and received no reply.

Absolutely rubbish service I placed an order on the 13th September and the order is still not with me, I've paid for items i haven't got which feels a rip of it is now 6 days since I placed my order, only one communication from activewear days ago asking me to confirm my address which incidentally is exactly the same as on my original order, not heard anything since very poor communication not impressed

Delivery on time, however, jacket(5-6)I purchased was far too big, long, and wide for my son, who is 5.

Cargo pants sound but paid 7.98 extra for quick delivery received it a week later no apology nothing even after I emailed the company

Ivw had a really bad experience with Activewear group! They offer a 'Express's postal service that you pay extra for however on both occasions my items were not even delivered within a normal time frame they were both almost 7 days from date of order. I was refunded for the 'Express' postage I had paid, whilst this may be an error happening once, twice just screams incompetence! I wont be shopping with this company again. I'm still waiting on my refund from my first order that I returned!

I ordered a large in this zip up hoodie, I am a size 14 and it was way to small I gave them to my granddaughter who is size 10 and they only just fit her, definitely not true to size very disappointing 😡😡

Sizes are more for children than adults ,neither polo shirts are true sizes .sorry wont order again ,waste of money

I ordered my item nearly 6 weeks ago. It has not arrived. I have sent an enquiry email, with no reply. The last email 5 weeks ago stated my item had been dispatched. The courrier tracker system states they have not recieved the parcel I fully understand the difficult situation with covid-19 at present, but i feel this delay is excessive! I will be very reluctant to recommend or use this company again if i do not receive correspondence soon.

Sorry but I’m really disappointed one of my aprons is no been fought in the sewing machine along the bottom and is hanging down. Apart from that I’m pleased with the item
