“Jumper good quality, service is shocking paid to upgrade my delivery and waited over 2 weeks. No offer to refund the delivery charge even though extra was paid. No communication to tell you it was going to be late won’t be ordering again.”

They offer a 'Express's postal service that you pay extra for however on both occasions my items were not even delivered within a normal time frame they were both almost 7 days from date of order. I was refunded for the 'Express' postage I had paid, whilst this may be an error happening once, twice just screams incompetence! I wont be shopping with this company again.
I'm still waiting on my refund from my first order that I returned!”

“I ordered my item nearly 6 weeks ago. It has not arrived. I have sent an enquiry email, with no reply. The last email 5 weeks ago stated my item had been dispatched. The courrier tracker system states they have not recieved the parcel I fully understand the difficult situation with covid-19 at present, but i feel this delay is excessive!
I will be very reluctant to recommend or use this company again if i do not receive correspondence soon.”
