“If I can score zero I would have. I ordered the items and paid for speedy delivery. After missing the delivery days I emailed and called left vmail. It was not h til 5 days later I managed to speak to someone who did not seem bothered at all. All he did blame it on the manufacturer and did not care much. I got the refund but I WILL never ever use this website. I don’t recommend using them at all. No wonder all reviews are as bad as mine.”

I have emailed three times enquiring about an exchange and also called twice leaving answer phone messages. I have had no response and have been forced to now buy a similar item from a more responsive seller. I am out of pocket as I am now left with the original unused item with no way of returning it seems. One very disappointed customer!”
“lost original cap (ordered and delivered quickly by activewear) - so purchased another one on 21st December. Had email on 3rd Jan to say it's on its way. Not arrived after a week, I emailed and have had no response... Still waiting”

I actually received the products nearly TWO Weeks after ordering. ZERO communication from Customer Service. No acknowledgement from emails what so ever. Very disappointed”
