delivery time frame was way over the 7 days very disappointed with how my complaint was dealt with. Website never stated a delay with deliveries after the new year. Misleading

Pretty hard to give a review when I haven’t received it yet been a month now and on top of it no tracking? Dunno I did the mistake of ordering it with you guys never had an issue before getting from the uk..... I’d be embarrassed if I was you... enough said very disappointed.

I had received the item without problem, but unfortunately the wrong size for the person i was buying it for as a gift. I have emailed three times enquiring about an exchange and also called twice leaving answer phone messages. I have had no response and have been forced to now buy a similar item from a more responsive seller. I am out of pocket as I am now left with the original unused item with no way of returning it seems. One very disappointed customer!

lost original cap (ordered and delivered quickly by activewear) - so purchased another one on 21st December. Had email on 3rd Jan to say it's on its way. Not arrived after a week, I emailed and have had no response... Still waiting

Horrendous Service from www.activeweargroup.com DO NOT Purchase from here at all costs. I recently purchased two Regatta Microfleece zipped tops and paid for Express delivery. I actually received the products nearly TWO Weeks after ordering. ZERO communication from Customer Service. No acknowledgement from emails what so ever. Very disappointed

Was charged £8.44 for a t-shirt that I never received. Tried to phone the helpline number on numerous occasions, but couldn't get an answer.

It’s been weeks and still not shown up. I’ve now been asked for a review which makes me worried that it’s been forgotten. I also have a tracking link which just goes to google.com. Probably not a good sign either

Product returned for a smaller size 2 weeks ago, chased up with an email for the replacement but absolutely no response from the Activeweargroup. I will now have to pursue a claim via Paypal.

My item arrived whilst I was away (so arrived One week late according to the dates sent to me by Activewear) When I returned from my holiday I emailed twice, called several numbers and left messages but have never had a reply to either. I want to return the unused goods but have no address or label to return to., and it seems no one is bothered to help. I would NEVER use again

Ordered a winter coat £62, turned our that it did not fit me, paid for return, sent it back via royal mail signed for the next day, have been waiting over a month now for a refund. No one replies to my emails. Absolute joke. Had to dispute the charge with my credit card provider. Still waiting for an answer.
