These guys just steal your money even if it’s a very small amount. Ordered a gilet early December. Still haven’t received it. After numerous emails across Dec, I got a reply saying technical issues had delayed the order. I then asked to cancel the order and refund my account. This was mid Dec. Still nothing. Still chasing. Still nothing. Absolute tossers who simply steal money from its customers through what looks like a valid website. It’s not. Please DO NOT BUY from them. They’re just stealing your money with no consideration for the customer who has invested their trust in their product which in turn, turns out to be a SCAM. They simply take your money and run.Still waiting on a refund. AVOID

“1 star is pushing the boat out for this company, admittedly I did receive my order in timely fashion, but the work boots were small so returned the item via collect+ tracked the delivery back to the company they received the the boots back on the 19th Dec, no email to say they have received the item back and no refund issued as of yet. Emailed their customer services and no replies tried phoning the number I found online straight to answer phone and I have had to go through the credit card company to get my money back. Do yourselves a favour use a different company -5 stars imo

Taking into account 2 days for a bank holiday, the order had not arrived. emailed on the 27th Sept via the online email link. got an automated response that it would be 5-7 days for a reply... no response. Called the phone number and left a message on the answer machine on the 3rd... no reply. Again, emailed to the customer services email address... no reply. Only replied when I tagged them in a twitter post. and even then a blunt reply, " What is your order number?"
My order turned up yesterday ( 06/10/23), nearly 4 weeks after ordering.
With no communication as to a delay, or items out of stock, no responses to messages sent and a rude blunt first contact back, I can not recommend this company in any way shape or form.”

Like everyone else we ordered the uniforms for our staff with express delivery. At the time of purchase the website said in stock.
After 3 days of waiting and not hearing fromWe contacted and they said it will be dispatched once it’s back in stock.
We requested a refund and they said there will be a re-stocking fee! They dont hold the stock and the stock wasnt even dispatched and they claim re-stocking fee.
They ignored our email and now marked it as dispatched so they can claim 20% re-stocking fee.
Do not buy from them. There is a reason it has poor reviews. Con artist”
