Emailed them 6 times, also sent them all the paperwork ie: invoice, postage receipt etc. Still no response, tried to ring them, no response. Even went onto the contact page on their website and still got no response. Been doing this since October. Now have escalating this matter with PayPal. This company is a sham, their customer service is non existent. I run a large organisation with 15,000 members across the South of England. My experience with Activewear, will be broadcasted to all my members.”

“We ordered a large amount of zip hoodies from this company and after realising that their sizes are totally off we ordered 2 sizes larger than needed.
Even when we ordered 2 sizes larger, the garments were still too small. Also after washing at 30, the garments shrunk even smaller, bubbled and discoloured. The quality of these products is horrific. The reason they have high reviews is due to offering 10% to leave a review.
After some digging on the internet, I understand that this company has had these same complaints since 2019 so it’s utterly disgraceful that they continue to sell these items with no care or warning.
Avoid this company at all costs. It’s not worth the effort or upset as they cannot rectify the issues they have and their customer service is shocking.”

Ordered some hi-viz trousers (approx £100), they arrived but were a little on the small size so sent them back as per their returns. The return was signed for but I've not been refunded. It's been 2 months now. I've emailed 4 times but just get an automated "we're a bit busy" email (a bit busy spending everyone else's money it seems). Most frustrating!”
“STILL WAITING FOR MY £149.90 REFUND FOR OVER A MONTH, WITH NO RESPONSE
I have made 3 orders from in a short space of time with Activewear and wish I had used another supplier.
The website looks very professional and sucks you in but please be warned that they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all.
The first order was returned as the item wasn't quite what I was expecting, which is no fault of theirs. But this was returned over a month ago, in accordance with their returns policy and was signed for on receipt. I haven't heard from them since and am still waiting for the £149.90 refund. I have emailed and not even received an acknowledgement.
The second order was great.
The third order had an item missing, and I am still awaiting a response to my emails.
In hindsight I wish I had seen the reviews on this website before ordering from them as I would have been very wary of placing the orders in the first place. Plus I made the orders in a short space of time which explains why I didn't expect the refund before the receipt of the 3rd order. I should have known better.
