“Ordered November. Finally arrived 12th January. Lots of excuses, technical difficulties etc. Items not true to size so am returning today. Let’s see how the refund goes. Will report to trading services if it does not arrive speedily”

These guys just steal your money even if it’s a very small amount. Ordered a gilet early December. Still haven’t received it. After numerous emails across Dec, I got a reply saying technical issues had delayed the order. I then asked to cancel the order and refund my account. This was mid Dec. Still nothing. Still chasing. Still nothing. Absolute tossers who simply steal money from its customers through what looks like a valid website. It’s not. Please DO NOT BUY from them. They’re just stealing your money with no consideration for the customer who has invested their trust in their product which in turn, turns out to be a SCAM. They simply take your money and run.Still waiting on a refund. AVOID

“1 star is pushing the boat out for this company, admittedly I did receive my order in timely fashion, but the work boots were small so returned the item via collect+ tracked the delivery back to the company they received the the boots back on the 19th Dec, no email to say they have received the item back and no refund issued as of yet. Emailed their customer services and no replies tried phoning the number I found online straight to answer phone and I have had to go through the credit card company to get my money back. Do yourselves a favour use a different company -5 stars imo

The jackets came a month later.I have to say, I was in contact with customer service during this time and they did respond .I am Very happy with what I got and will order again off them.If you are in no panic with items, then yes do buy here as reasonably priced. “I ordered a blazer paid£129.95, did not receive confirming order, nor delivery address and delivery date. Website says delivery within 48 hrs unless special fast delivery. After 2 days no delivery, sent email . Customer services advised 2 week delay in delivery. I sent email instructing to cancel and refund, as I needed the garment for a function in 2 days time. Since 10 /10 I have been asking for my money back on Fri 13/10 garment arrives from different company Brooke’s Travern. Returned garment Sat 14/10/23 and since hassling for my money back. Active sent me a return slip with all details now after 5 emails each requesting confirmation order No which I never received.
