“Made my order on the 13th Sept. Quoted 3-7 days delivery. Taking into account 2 days for a bank holiday, the order had not arrived. emailed on the 27th Sept via the online email link. got an automated response that it would be 5-7 days for a reply... no response. Called the phone number and left a message on the answer machine on the 3rd... no reply. Again, emailed to the customer services email address... no reply. Only replied when I tagged them in a twitter post. and even then a blunt reply, " What is your order number?"
My order turned up yesterday ( 06/10/23), nearly 4 weeks after ordering.
With no communication as to a delay, or items out of stock, no responses to messages sent and a rude blunt first contact back, I can not recommend this company in any way shape or form.”

Activewear group have stolen from me. It’s that simple. I can’t believe they have as many stars on here. On trust pilot, they have 1 and that’s too generous. 3 weeks ago I ordered and nothing. No order and no one answers emails. Company of thieves and scum bags.”

Like everyone else we ordered the uniforms for our staff with express delivery. At the time of purchase the website said in stock.
After 3 days of waiting and not hearing fromWe contacted and they said it will be dispatched once it’s back in stock.
We requested a refund and they said there will be a re-stocking fee! They dont hold the stock and the stock wasnt even dispatched and they claim re-stocking fee.
They ignored our email and now marked it as dispatched so they can claim 20% re-stocking fee.
Do not buy from them. There is a reason it has poor reviews. Con artist”

If the organization had reached out to all their customers earlier they would have received less complaints. They also needed to change their answerphone message which talks about issues due to covid, this is no longer relevant. I will use their services again as previous I've had no issues.”
