“Not true to size very small I am normally a 16 so ordered a 16- 18 it’s more like a size 14 for a 2 xl that’s ridiculous
Returned my order 4 weeks ago and still not had a refund very disappointed not even acknowledged the return of the : T-shirts I have postal evidence that I posted items back”
“Good quality products but was disappointed with the length of time it took to receive the items. Was told 10-14 days but took longer than this. One person handling all calls/emails so not very quick to respond. Was very satisfied with my first order and person handling it but not very happy second time round.”
“Ordered this on 1/11/20 for delivery on 6 or 7/11. Despatch "claimed" on 4/11 but item never arrived. Contacted seller but didn't get a response at all. Eventually gave up and started an eBay resolution. The service has been atrocious so would I use again? No chance. Obviously no stars due at all unless it could be minus, but had to put one or couldn't continue.”
