“Inimitably everything was fine, however, items have still not arrived and have requested a cancellation of the order. No response from Active Wear yet and nobody manning the phones, so unable to speak to anyone about the issues with delivery. Have been emailing Sarah, but again no response from last emails so as it stands I am £50 out of pocket, with no clear understanding of when I'll get my money back and where my items are ....”
“Really poor service, took 3 weeks to even dispatch the items. Then when the items arrived they are huge in size so now I have to return them. I needed these as school trousers for my son as he cannot do buttons or clasps so really disappointed in the service. I eventually sent an email and they gave some story about the late decision of kids going back to school after covid but as parents we had the same amount of time to organise as other years.”
“Ordering was easy but unfortunately delivery took a long time. There was no communication from them but I called to chase order to find they had been waiting for stock to arrive. It still took another 5 days for delivery.”
