“Shirts too big (not a problem) did not ask for a returns form as wanted to be within the 14 returns policy but trying to email customer service (undelivered mail returned); fill in returns form (would not except my email therefore would not submit form), telephone (no answer) therefore pen and paper to explain why I am returning my goods. Hopefully no further problems.
