“ Had an expensive package that went missing from Adam and eve, I call customer support because I was getting no help via email let's just say customer service is so rude to paying customers, the lady literally thought she put me on hold while speaking to another agent calling me a liar and other names and when I let her know I heard everything she denied like I did not just hear what she said. ”

“ I called customer service, and the lady argued with me stating i only paid for the standard shipping!
