“Very disappointed with the state of container we received. The doors are very stiff to open, there's water puddling on the roof and the paint job we ordered is starting to flake off already not even 9 months after purchase. Despite feeding this back Adaptainer have been very unhelpful.”

Thanks for your feedback. Used container doors can sometimes be a little stiff compared to new containers but a great value option. I looked into your order and see customer support received images and video files some time after your original contact. These were not accessible and we asked you to resend but didn't receive a reply. We're committed to providing great after sales support, please do resend and we're happy to investigate. Also your container has an extended watertight warranty so be 100% assured we stand behind the structural quality.

“The container we ordered was for storage & we needed it watertight & secure, the one delivered had holes in the roof & was twisted, so it wasn't any use to us, an offer was made to send someone to repair the holes but as the metal was thin where something was welded inside previously we decided to decline the offer & send it Back for a full refund, the sales team were very helpful with this. our budget was £1500 all in,”

Hi Keith, Many thanks for taking the time to share your experience. I've just checked with the team and found that it was a non-standard order of a container that was sold as is with no wind and watertight guarantee. I believe you planned to repair it yourself to fit in with your budget but it was a little more work than you had hoped.
