“Sales contact Paul Clark excellent, good description of product, good case made why to buy from Adaptainer, product 2x20' once used green excellent quality would buy again. “I had good service from the sales team around the sale of 2 second hand containers. Good delivery service. Unfortunately one of the two 2nd hand containers we bought had a really tight door mechanism and poor locking section fitted and I don't think should have passed quality control. Vaughan”

Thanks for your feedback. Used container doors are a little stiffer to operate in general. I was informed we sent an engineer to your site at our cost and found the container was structurally sound with operating doors/locking. The containers supplied passed quality control because they were fully wind and watertight with operating doors. I also noticed they were newly repainted at no extra charge so excellent value for money. Customer support followed up too but didn't hear anything back from you. Please do let us know if we can help further though, we're always willing to help where we can.

“Second purchase of a used container from Adaptainer. Disappointed with the functionality of the latest container, one of the doors was impossible to close once opened and the other door has a seal that had totally perished and was allowing some water in. Fortunately, Adaptainer have a wind and watertight guarantee for a year. The container problems were fixed and as a result i am now pleased with the container they supplied.”

Thanks for your feedback and have looked into. I can see you purchased a used container from us without any repainting work. All our used containers are 100% structurally sound, wind and watertight. And we even back this up with an extended warranty. Re improving purely cosmetic appearance you can always have the container repainted, which was not chosen on this occasion. We also supply new containers.. however our used containers are great for keeping to lower budget but still getting a structurally sound container.
