“I can’t thank you enough for printing and framing two beautiful images of my mother for her funeral. It was all very short notice and the team at Addison Ross, printed, checked the quality and shipped to me in less than 24 hours. Absolutely amazing and they looked so wonderful next to her coffin. 💔”

“I believe I have ordered 6 beautiful frames from Addison Ross in the past 14 months or so... all as gifts for family and friends. Each recipient has been delighted especially so because of quality of the frames and the fact the firm include free print of customers choice. No doubt I will order more, maybe one for myself at some point. Delivery and packaging excellent too. Thank you, G K W Nuneaton”

“Not what I expected!.....The picture on-line depicts a frame with 1 inch to 1 1/4 inch wide frame. The one I got was only 1/2 inch wide and looked like any other frame that I could have gotten at any store for about $5 to $10. I kept it, because the return postage which I was told that I would have to pay was not worth it! Bought another frame at a local store.......Very disappointed!!”

“The product, service and delivery were all excellent. When I placed my order I, unfortunately, chose the wrong size of the item I was buying. I rang the sales department on the next working day and the person I spoke to simply cancelled the order and arranged a refund which appeared in my bank within a few days. I replaced my order with the correct size and the item was delivered within three days. Well done”
