“I ordered a silver photo frame for an upcoming christening, arrived quickly and the frame itself it lovely and beautifully packaged, only negative was the outer box was damaged and as its a gift thats disappointing hence the 4 stars”

Thank you very much for your very kind review we really appreciate you taking the time for us. I'm so sorry about the outer box damange, these are really only considered our transit cartons rather than the actual gift box which is inside, although we've made them so beautiful that people seem to value them as a gift box as well. I'm so sorry you weren't happy with the size of your clock, please do email us and we would be more than happy to offer you a refund. With regards to the luminous hands, these require daylight to charge in order to glow at night so the clock will not work immediately out of the box. We are currently having some instructions made to include with the clocks to explain this more clearly. Kind regards Sarah Ross
