“Amazing and personal service from Addison Ross. The silver photo frame with the photos inside was so beautiful, the photos were over 70 years old but the frame made them look brilliant. “I ordered two photo frames from Addison Ross. The are lovely quality and the photos that they were able to insert for me are beautifully displayed. The service, particularly at this difficult time, is amazing. I would definitely recommend Addison Ross and would use them in the future.”

“I am usually most impressed with Addison Ross products having purchased many of them over the years and been thrilled with them. However the silver bamboo frame I have just bought looked really good on line but when it arrived both my husband and I were most disappointed as it looked really cheap and not up to your usual excellent high standard. I had to use it immediately otherwise I would most definitely have returned it. Susan Lintott”

“I am very happy with my product. I ordered a photo frame which came with a free print. Arrived next day in a lovely gift box, perfect for my mum on Mothers Day. Will definitely be ordering from Addison Ross again.”

“The delivery of the photo frame was very quick and efficient. It arrived in excellent condition and was well packed to avoid any damage. The only issue I have is that it is a full glass frame (my choice) and does reflect the light on the glass. Otherwise I find the quality of Addison Ross frames to be of a very high standard. I would use this company again for the quality of their goods and standard of their service.”
