“This is a beautiful picture frame which was well packaged and arrived quickly, however it is not the size advertised. It is not a 5 X 7 inch frame but a 5 1/8 X 7 1/8 inch frame, which means that I had to discard the 5 X 7 inch mat board that I had ordered and order a 5 1/8 X 7 1/8 inch custom mat board. The actual dimensions of your picture frames should be posted on your website.”

“Good website and delivered promptly. Thank you. I knew that I liked your good quality elegant enamel and silver frames and I have bought a few over the years at the House and Garden Fairs. However when it came to ordering online I could not remember your name and there was nothing on your photo frames. I found Addison Ross eventually online. Perhaps it would be good to put your name on the back of the frames.”

“I have many Addison Ross frames - usually purchased from either the Christmas Fair or Summer Fair at Olympia - sadly not taking place this year. The frame I have just bought is excellent (as are all the others), the delivery arrangements were spot on and I shall certainly use AR again.”

“Addison Ross have being amazing. Trying to arrange a funeral during this Covid19 pandemic has been such a difficult thing to do. One call to Kimberley, using the contact number on their website, and she happily discussed with us our requirements for a beautiful photo frame to go on top of a coffin, complete with a picture of the person. It seemed that nothing was too much trouble. At, what is undoubtedly, a difficult time, Kimberley made our ordeal less painful and that one of the items on the long to-do list could now be crossed off. I would highly recommend Addison and Ross to anyone, and will no doubt use them again myself in the future. They have been gracious, compassionate and have genuinely gone out of their way to provide us with what we hoped for.”

“thank you, the service was great and am very pleased with the look of the clock, just one disappointment is the paper inside the clock is very dusty....probably me being fussy but I keep feeling tempted to take the clock apart and dust the inside but obviously I can't!”

“I don’t normally write reviews, however I’m experience warranted one. Kimberley created an amazing personal service. The pictures I uploaded were not good quality. I received an email from Kimberley to explain this and to ask for better quality images. The frames are gorgeous and packaged to a very high quality. The delivery time was quick and I will definitely recommend.”
