“We got the xCams product for our live stream business. Our basic concept was to create a platform for multiple gamers lives streaming their plays .
We checked their demo and saw that it had the base that we be needed and knew that it had to be customised to match our ideas. Adent is helping us out on that . Their prices for custom work seems reasonable and can be negotiated which we did as we realised that our platform would need a lot of it.
So far , their team has been responsive and working closely with us. Communication is certainly not an issue as highlighted by certain people here. They work in different hours and also speak different language as the whole team is in Vietnam .

“Regarding our collaboration from the beginning I had many annoyances but also satisfactions.
As for annoyance, what disappointed me a lot was that we installed the old version, which took a long time to configure, pay for changes, fix the bugs, and then in the end it didn't work for me (read videos). And immediately came the new version. It also took a little while but each time you were responsive. I know that I asked for specific customizations but I think that will be useful for the future as well. I wasted a lot of time with my client who got angry because I announced a release and then I discovered a new problem (loading time, currency, etc. etc.).
On the positive side, I would like to thank you for always responding quickly to my messages, even when I was under stress with my client and harassed you a bit. For me this is the real positive point, you responded to my messages and your development team to find the solution or correct the problem quite quickly too (I understand that some things take time).”
