“There was a problem, so I emailed twice. I received a reply only that it was submitted, and I did not receive a reply to the problem. After waiting more than two weeks, my patience ran out. ----------------------------------------------------------- After the review, I received the first proper response. It is a shame that I had to do this for what I had done earlier.”
