probably the worst customer support of my life: to cancel a favorable contract they prevented me from updating my payment details. in this way I was stuck without any application (which I use for work) and without the possibility of solving the problem. the most incredible thing is that the agents in charge of assisting me made me go from agent to agent for hours, and when I described my problem they gave me obvious and coarse answers. The classic was: wait for Monday and call the bank, they've definitely blocked transactions to us. Some have even disconnected in order not to help me. Obviously, the bank had nothing to do with it as not even payments from paypal were authorized. In the end they made me waste useful time (3 hours), days of work and mental energy. probably in these cases there is nothing left to do but get the cracked versions, certainly easier

Everything sucks and I almost spend 1000$ a year for that thing

Adobe has excellent products and I use one of them every day. The problem is that the software can be buggy and they are slow to fix. Also, their technical support is about the worst I have encountered. Please, can we have support agents where English is their first language?
