“They performed the work involved to a high standard. This included solving a problem with regard to TV reception and converting the untidy wiring on my TV and Hi-Fi system to a more professional standard. I have used them before for installation of a new TV aerial connection and would certainly use them again.”

“Carried out replacement of aerial at 3 storeys after having several other companies say they required expensive scaffolding. A4U were exceedingly polite and cost was very reasonable bearing in mind the task. Highly recommend them.”

“From the initial enquiry to the finished job everything was handled quickly, politely, cheerfully and effectively. The price was sensible and reasonable and I will be calling again soon to ask for some more outlets in other rooms. Thank you Aerials 4U very much.”

“Persistently endeavoured to get good FM reception for Yamaha AV system in a low signal area and had to return several times without charge to fix the issue. Also with a complicated AV set-us with two satellite dishes, FTA TV and FM/DAB it would be worthwhile to do some system planning "on-paper" or "App" as part of the quote. I have Freesat to the Humax Box but it is missing direct to the TV - pity.”

“Great service provided by Aerials 4U, they fitted a new digital aerial in the loft. They arrived on time, charged the price they quoted over the phone and were clean and tidy. Very pleasant to deal with.”

“I have no hesitation in recommending Aerials 4U. They turned up to quote on the correct day and correct time. not much to ask but the fact they turned up at all is way ahead of many contacted. Clear advice and options were provided at the first visit giving a range of value options. Work was booked in quickly and did not change. On the day - arrived on time. Work was undertaken by an experienced professional who clearly understood the work he was undertaking and was careful to check what we wanted. work was quick,tidy,professional, exactly as described. Polite, personable, no issues.”

I am sorry you felt that our call out was unreasonable Mrs Gibbs, But as explained prior to our visit are initial charge is £58.00 + VAT irrespective of whether the call takes 15 mins or an hour, remember as a professional company we have overheads that include Wages, Insurances, Advertising etc. we did give you a reasonable quotation for your additional requirements and listening to your recorded conversation Hannah was very professional in fully explaining this to you.

“Cannot fault the service, very helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. Aerial, cabling and splitter all installed quickly and tidy, if you didnt know they had been there you would never have guessed since they took all the rubbish with them!”

“Professional knowledgeable repsentive came and advised/carried out a tidy job externally neatly tucking the cable behind the tiles. Only niggle (albeit minor) as the Sky engineer found out was that the cable had been wrongly fitted by the developer’s contractors and should I not have used Sky and installed a Humax freesat box instead I would have had a problem. Anyway everything now sorted and I’m happy with the external positioning of the dish and assurance that my signal will always have best visibility to the satellite.”
