“We have used Aerials4U a couple of times now and have always had good service from them. They have turned up when they say they will and have carried out the work with regard to making sure the TV is working efficiently before they leave. Will use them again if necessary.”

“I was a little disappointed with the quality of workmanship, the installer was polite enough but leaving off cuts of cable lying where he cut them and in the case of the cable he ran behind the drain pipe, cable ties littered he area underneath and then the ties themselves whereby turned around so the whole thing looks like a rush job. Not the end of the world but it’s the difference between me recommending them to others or in this case - not. Booking was easy and lady polite and efficient so I’ve given 3/5 overall which is more than fair.”

“Work was good & the technician professional & friendly. Would have given 5 stars but found mess on the roof after he’d left which was a shame. Screws & rawlplugs etc scattered about.”

“The service is brilliant. I have used them a couple of times, firstly to fit a Satellite dish, then for an issue with the normal TV aerial in the loft, then to fit a cable to allow me to connect my broadband router to the lounge using an RJ45 socket. On each occasion, they arrived at the time booked, delivered an efficient and clean installation, they guys were friendly and the service was excellent value too! We are just considering a new digital aerial and will definitely be calling them to fit it for us.”

“It took a long time for them to get the job completed including unfortunately damaging a central heating pipe. However their reaction to dealing with the problem was exemplary and that’s how I’ve judged the company. Always courteous and reactive, I’d certainly use them again.”

“Excellent work done by a very helpful Warren. He gave several options for us to choose from and provided sound advice with regard to the siting of the TV and the wall bracket options. He was tidy and made a good job of chasing in the wires after fitting the TV wall bracket. I would recommend the company for their professional approach and work.”
