“Simple to use”

“Selection was simple. I love that you put base notes etc on the description as it lets you know exactly what the scent will be. I wanted to leave a personal message to go with my gift but couldn't see the option during checkout, hopefully you can do this through customer service, I have sent you an email.”

“The order process today was quite good apart from trying to enter the discount code I had as it kept disappearing from the check-box however after persevering it did work and the discount was duly applied. I discovered Aery Candles last Christmas (2024) and now they are my 1st choice of candle gifts to give people taking over from another brand I used to buy regularly for gifting.”

“Website is fab, easy to search and find the right thing! I had an issue with products changing price when I went to checkout tho :( Two candles showed as £8.75 on the site and in my basket, but £10.50 every time I went to pay! A little annoying, but ordered in the end anyway.”

“Oils smelled great and arrived quickly but one had leaked inside the packaging. Not much but when they are £30 for a set every drop counts.”

“Hiya, thank you and just received the parcel, that is quick deliver in 2 days after placed order. i am expecting to open the parcel. However, i am quite disappointed that there is missing the free hand cream in my order. Other than that, both of items Herbal tea candle and the refill are satisfied. I will re-order later. “My sister bought me a ‘happy space’ candle for my birthday and I absolutely loved it, so much I decided to buy another one. The way they are presented makes it a lovely gift and the scent is incredible. The only reason I gave 4 not 5 stars is the gift set I wanted is out of stock. Nicest candle I’ve had by far.”
