“Love the products but not the customer service. Incorrect items sent - waited in for collection from DHL. It no one came. Emailed Aery and to date to reply. Parcel collected following day but my replacement items not shipped until 3 days later. On top of that not even an apology. Hate to write a bad review but of company won’t engage with emails what can you do??”

“The website appears functional and the prices (on Black Friday discounts) were excellent. Unfortunately it appears impossible to buy more than 1 item at a time. My "giftee" had two items on the wish list and with the discount I decided to buy both as this was still below the recommended amount. However there was no discoverable way to add the second item to the cart after adding the first. I could only achieve two seperate shopping carts (and so 2 postage charges). Very frustrating when so much else was positive.”

“Products are well presented but there is insufficient pack size covering the candles. It would be great to see weight, volume or burn time but it seems the only distinguishing aspect is price. The photos similarly lack this critical detail.”

“I took advantage of the 30% Black Friday discount and ordered 2 candles and 1 diffuser. As I went through the checkout process, the price for all 3 items and became more expensive than the price they were advertised as. I didn’t cancel the order as they are gifts and I needed to order quickly but I feel that this was false advertising to lure you in. Very disappointed!”

“The process started really well the service was surprisingly speedy with the product ordered due ro arrive on the same day of ordering, however I received a notification to say it had been delivered when in fact I was in all day working from home and the parcel wasn't delivered.”

“Bought the “Eternal optimist”. The smell is satisfying however is not powerful or pungent enough to cover even a small room. You have to get closer to it so you can smell the aromas”
