“As a customer who contacted AF Claims to check eligibility for a refund, my experience was overall positive, with a few points for improvement. The application process was clear and the representatives were courteous and patient. It was felt that the company had experience, and the support gave a sense of confidence with financial institutions that are not easy to deal with alone. However, the process took longer than expected, and at times there was a lack of proactive updates on progress. Earlier details regarding schedules would have helped to align expectations. To the company's credit, when I contacted them with questions, I received a substantive response, and the success-based payment model is a significant advantage. In summary, this is a professional and useful service, but one that requires patience — and improving ongoing communication could make the experience even better.”

“AF-Claims made a stressful situation incredibly easy. Their customer service team was empathetic and communicated clearly without using confusing jargon. Price & Value: Their fees were transparent from day one—no hidden costs or surprises. Delivery & Speed: The claim was processed much faster than I expected, and the refund/payout was handled seamlessly. Constructive Criticism: The only minor room for improvement is the mobile document upload tool. It was a bit finicky on my phone, so a more mobile-friendly interface would make the initial setup even smoother. Overall, I’m very happy with the result and would definitely use them again!”
