“Overall, my experience with FINANCIAL CLAIMS LIMITED was satisfactory, as my case was eventually resolved and my trading account was released. The process took longer than expected and communication in the early stages could have been more consistent, but once the issue was properly addressed it was handled accordingly. There is some room for improvement in response times and updates, however the final result delivered through AF-CLAIMS.COM was successful.”

“Review of Financial Claims Limited My experience with Financial Claims Limited was far from smooth and, frankly, quite disappointing for most of the process. The main issue was the extremely slow handling times and the poor management of my case. I was initially assigned to one agent, who failed to make any real progress. I was then transferred to another agent, but once again, there was no effective solution and very little sense of urgency. Throughout this period, my trading account remained blocked, causing ongoing stress and uncertainty. It became clear that the case was not being handled properly at the operational level. Only after I insisted on escalation and finally reached a manager did anything meaningful happen. Once management got involved, the issue was resolved relatively quickly, and my trading account was eventually released. While the final outcome was positive, the way to get there was unnecessarily long, exhausting, and frustrating. A client should not have to go through multiple agents and push for managerial involvement just to receive a basic and effective solution. This experience points to serious issues in response time, accountability, and overall case handling. In short: the result was good, but the process was inefficient, poorly managed, and at times quite painful. sam”

“Review of Financial Claims Limited My experience with Financial Claims Limited was ultimately positive in terms of the final outcome, but the journey to get there was unnecessarily long, frustrating, and at times quite painful. From the beginning, the handling of my case suffered from slow response times and a lack of continuity. I was initially assigned to one agent, only to be transferred later to another. Unfortunately, neither of them managed to resolve the core issue. My trading account remained blocked for an extended period, with no clear progress or concrete solution provided. Only after my case was escalated to a manager did things finally start moving in the right direction. Once the manager became directly involved, the problem was properly understood and a solution was found, resulting in my trading account being successfully released. While I do appreciate the final result and the fact that the issue was eventually resolved, I believe the process should not have required escalation to management to achieve what should have been a standard level of service. Better communication, faster handling times, and more effective initial case management would have made this experience far less stressful. In summary: good final result, but a difficult and unnecessarily challenging process to get there. David Sam”
