While the process did take a bit longer than expected—lasting over a week—the team kept me updated throughout the entire wait. Most importantly, everything was handled with complete transparency, and I have now successfully received all my funds. Overall, I am very satisfied. Die Kommunikation war insgesamt klar und professionell, und der Ablauf wurde verständlich erklärt – ohne Druck oder unrealistische Versprechungen. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass sie wissen, wovon sie sprechen, und Fragen wurden offen und direkt beantwortet. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich Tim Brown und Alex Cole. Beide waren freundlich, geduldig und sehr kompetent. Sie haben sich Zeit genommen, alles Schritt für Schritt zu erklären, und dabei stets einen seriösen und vertrauenswürdigen Eindruck hinterlassen. Die Reaktionszeit war nicht immer sofort, und ich musste ein- oder zweimal nachfassen. Wenn jedoch eine Antwort kam, war sie hilfreich, relevant und gut nachvollziehbar. Insgesamt wirkte alles transparent – auch in Bezug darauf, dass Ergebnisse nicht garantiert werden können. Alles in allem fühlte es sich an, mit einem echten, professionellen Unternehmen zu arbeiten und nicht mit einem aggressiven Verkaufsteam.”

“As a customer who used AF-CLAIMS to check my eligibility for a financial refund, my experience was mixed. The initial sign-up process was straightforward, and the staff were generally polite and professional in their communication. It was helpful to have guidance when dealing with financial institutions, which can often be confusing and time-consuming to handle alone. However, the overall process took noticeably longer than I was originally led to expect. The estimated timelines given at the beginning did not fully match the reality, and there were periods where updates were limited unless I reached out myself. More consistent and proactive communication would have made the experience less frustrating. That said, the team did eventually follow through on the case, and I did receive the refund I was entitled to. “L’entreprise fait preuve d’un grand professionnalisme et d’une expertise solide dans le domaine financier. On ressent un véritable engagement envers la fiabilité et la qualité du service client, ce qui inspire confiance dès le départ. Certains aspects m’ont semblé un peu complexes au début, probablement parce que je ne suis pas très à l’aise avec les sujets financiers et que je n’appartiens plus à la jeune génération. Cependant, les membres de l’équipe ont su faire toute la différence : ils ont pris le temps de m’expliquer chaque étape avec beaucoup de patience, de clarté et de bienveillance. Grâce à eux, tout est devenu beaucoup plus compréhensible. Je tiens également à souligner l’excellent travail d’Alex Cole, de Tim Braun et de Roy Weber, qui ont fait preuve de sérieux, de professionnalisme et d’un véritable sens du service tout au long de mon expérience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
