Het heeft even geduurd en de afspraak met de financieel adviseur is twee keer verzet, maar uiteindelijk is het toch rondgekomen. Na een paar telefoontjes over en weer is de zaak besproken en inmiddels heb ik de toegezegde terugbetaling ontvangen.

The best part was definitely the personal touch. Tim Braun and Roy Weber were absolute legends—seriously. They were always on the ball, super polite, and genuinely cared about helping me out. Nach dem Tod meiner Frau stand ich vor einem riesigen Berg an Bürokratie. Besonders belastend war der Zugriff auf ihr Bankkonto, zu dem alle Zugangsdaten verloren gegangen waren. Mehrere Stellen sagten mir, dass der Prozess extrem langwierig sei und ich kaum eine Chance hätte, die Blockade ohne monatelangen Rechtsstreit zu lösen. Financial Claims Limited wurde mir empfohlen, und ich muss sagen: Die fachliche Kompetenz ist beeindruckend. Das Team gab mir von Anfang an das Gefühl, dass sie genau wissen, welche Hebel bei den Banken in solchen Erbfällen zu bewegen sind. Sie strahlten eine enorme Sicherheit aus, die mir in dieser emotionalen Phase sehr geholfen hat. Sie haben es tatsächlich geschafft, den Zugang wiederherzustellen und die Angelegenheit rechtlich sauber zu klären. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen bleibt jedoch beim Zeitmanagement: Mir wurde anfangs versichert, dass die Sache in ein bis zwei Tagen erledigt sei. „Ein kurzer Prozess“, hieß es. Nun ja, aus den versprochenen zwei Tagen wurden letztendlich zwei Wochen. Wer also auf eine schnelle Erledigung im „Express-Tempo“ hofft, sollte etwas mehr Geduld mitbringen, als die Berater versprechen. Die Uhren ticken bei Financial Claims Limited wohl nach einem eigenen Rhythmus. Fazit: Wer ein scheinbar unlösbares Problem mit Bankkonten oder Nachlässen hat, ist hier in den besten Händen. Die Experten halten ihr Wort, was das Ergebnis angeht – auch wenn sie es mit der Pünktlichkeit nicht ganz so genau nehmen. Am Ende zählt, dass die Sorge gelöst wurde. Vielen Dank dafür!
