I would like to provide some positive feedback on Linda (tour leader) of the 10 day tour of Kenya and Tanzania 28 Feb to 9 March. Linda was so organised, helpful and make a huge effort to spend time with the group of guests going above and beyond what I would expect of a tour leader. She is a hard worker helping out the cook all the time, efficient and so friendly. My father in law was on the tour and was very apprehensive about his age (67) Being a problem on the tour. Linda went above and beyond to help him and make him feel comfortable. She is also very knowledgeable on animals in the area.

Hi Nicky, We arrived safely to belvedere and are now on our next part of the journey to Cape Town. Our game drives were absolutely amazing and everyone has been so accommodating. I finally got to see wild dogs which I have waited three years to see so I could not be happier. I too love the bush and there is something special about it of a night. Nothing compares to falling asleep to the sounds of the African bush. I am so happy with the service you have provided and this trip has been wonderful. I will definitely be contacting you again in the future and will highly recommend you to friends and family. Kind Regards, Brooke

Hello again Huntley, You know, I think good things have always to be told. I travelled a lot, and even if I had the luck those agencies where always very, very nice. I’ve never received as much attention before a trip as the one you gave us... So many thanks for everything... Things are really clear for me, and that's very important to start with a wonderful feeling... I was reading the new tour document you sent me and it's perfect! There are some points which made me confused... But nothing important. Let's see them: 1. For example, they are really insisting on the tour final day... Saying that it is strongly not recommended to have the flight back on the same day the tour ends, and we have it but we will be in Cape Town for 2 days and half, so I guess we don't have anything to worry about. 2. I also saw pictures of Drakensberg, and it's snowed!!! But I wasn't thinking in taking really warm clothes, do you think we have to?? (I was thinking in standard warm clothes, not as we were going to sky. 3. Moreover, I thought we could pay by card all the “not included meals in the lodges, and I just read that we can't... so I really don't know how much money we have to bring with us... that drives me crazy! Do you think it would be possible to know exactly which days we will be able to take cash from an ATM? 4. I guess that the South African adapters for the electricity are not the same as the UK ... Maybe we can buy them in the airport, what do you think? (I really thought you had the same as the UK ones, silly me!!) And by now, I think that's all!! Hehe Of course, It would be a great pleasure if you would be able to have a coffee or whatever in Cape town with us! Thanks againnnnn, Laia

Hi Huntley. Ahhh, it's all over and in a couple of hours I leave Africa. So sad! Thanks for your advice for me to take this trip. It was crazy, adventurous, hilarious, long, too short, frustrating, exhilarating, and pretty much every other descriptive word I can think of. My only consolation in it being over is that as they say in Turkish, inshallah (God willing), I'll be back in 10 months. I'll be in touch soon with some stories/pictures you might like for your website or whatever it was. Do you use Facebook? I sent you a request. You can use anything I post. Annette x

Dear Huntley, this mail is long overdue, but I just wanted to say a BIG Thank You!! The tour you helped me organize in March was mind blowing! Words cannot express what an amazing 4 weeks I had. My group was great, and I honestly believe that the trip could not have been any more perfect. Scenery was gorgeous, wildlife abundant (Big 5 + some more check), campsites without exception nice and clean, and food just excellent. A love-affair for life, cannot wait to discover more of Africa! Wish you all the best, and hopefully will come back to you soon. I am already browsing options for next season. Kind regards, Dora

Hi Andrew. Wanted to drop you a message for long time. Was busy after I returned from Africa. I just want to say many thanks again for everything!! The tour was so amazing. Everywhere we went was gorgeous. We met very interesting people and we became good friends after the trip. It was definitely one of our most unforgettable trips. We will definitely go back to Africa, hopefully soon. Now we are very keen to see the other African countries. Of course I will be very happy if you could assist us again when we plan our next Africa trip. Take care, Andrew. We chat then! Kindest regards

Hi Andrew, Thanks for your answer. I just like to say thank you that you proposed us this awesome tour. We definitely really enjoyed this last 5 days on the tour. We saw a few great places in South Africa and Swaziland. Also we were the lucky guys that we could see so many wild animals in the Kruger Park and in the Rhino Reserves. It was just great and awesome. And everything was good organised and our tour guide knew so many things from the Nature and the history of South Africa. Thank you so much for everything and we can highly recommend this tour for other guests. Now we look forward to our two weeks self-driving rental travels along the Garden Route to Cape Town. Kindest regards from Durban

Dear Andrew, After our return to Hungary, following an unforgettable journey in Africa, I would like to thank you for your service, the up to date information, and the early bird status of course. Our motivation is increasing to continue towards Nairobi perhaps 2 years after. We will see and hope to have enough money and courage. Thanks again and kind regards, Andras and Eva

Hi Huntley. Sorry it took me so long to reply. Thank you so much for all you did to help us during the booking process - our trip went off without a hitch and was absolutely amazing. We were blown away by how good the tour was, even better than we expected and we really felt like we got the best value for money. Everything was well organised, the food was delicious and our tour leaders/cook/driver were great too. You made everything very easy and stress-free. I think our favourites were the overnight stay in Chobe and also in the Serengeti, as well as the friendliness of people in Malawi. I hadn't thought much about Zanzibar before we went but it was also a surprise highlight of the trip! I have included some photos of our tour, but Scott also made an awesome video of some of the things we did on the tour – it’s at http://vimeo.com/80768455 so feel free to watch it if you're interested! Thanks again, hope everything is well.

Dear Andrew, I want to thank you very much for organising our trip to Namibia. It was a great success and we had a tremendous time. The guide was very good. He knew his stuff and ensured that we got the best out of trip. We must recommend the farm we stayed at, it was a bit off the beaten track but it was in most beautiful countryside, like an oasis in the middle of nowhere. We were extremely lucky in that we were upgraded to the luxury rooms as we were the only guests there. We were treated to gourmet four course meals and an off road drive where we saw a large number of animals: zebras, springbucks and orynxes etc. We would also recommend the b&b we stayed in Swakopmund: Meikies. Our accommodation was very spacious and clean and very well furnished. The breakfast (German style) was excellent and the owners were very helpful and hospitable. Once again, thanks you very much for your excellent support and service. We will definitely recommend your company to friends.

Dear Huntley, How nice to hear from you. I still regret that our schedule did not allow us to meet you when we were in Cape Town. Yes we had a terrific trip. The best way to tell you about it would be to mail you the 2 DVDs that I have edited, one of our travels in South Africa and the 20 day overland tour to Victoria Falls, the other the highlights of our time in Nigeria. You will find them quite professional. (I put myself through college and seminary as a photographer and have been a semi-professional ever since.) I have already shown them to the congregation at my church and many others. You would be welcome to use them in your marketing or any way you would like. All I need is your mailing address.

Hi Nicky, Happy NY! How are you? I just wanted to say that the trip was amazing and thanks again for your brilliant help prior to my travels. I don’t know what I would do without you once my original tour got cancelled. I made good friends with Gemma (and others on the tour) and we will both be coming back to Africa for sure. It’s an amazing place with even more amazing people and I already miss it very much!! I gave our guides Martin and Gertie a very good feedback too so happy for you to share the love! I have many pictures as you can imagine so I have to go through them then I’ll send you few. They are such lovely people and so glad they were our guides. I will be in touch once I have planned my year long trip around the world, until then all the best to you and all the happiness in your new married life! Love x

Hey, I'm at the end of my 56 African adventure and just wanted to say a *huge* thank you! I was really impressed with the knowledge and enthusiasm of all the guides I had (Mat Dry, Christy and Nelius) but especially Mat. He is possibly the most knowledgeable, passionate people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He added so much value to my trip, he was awesome! I have had a crazy, ridiculously brilliant time with so many highlights it's pretty much impossible to even do a top 10! Sharks, gorillas, the Serengeti, Zanzibar, Lake Malawi... all such amazing places and experiences. I'm really going to miss Africa! The trip was just amazing, I really can't thank you enough..

Hi Huntley, I just wanted to say thanks again! I had the most incredible time in Africa and I cannot wait to go back. It was truly amazing. Thanks for your patience and persistence to help me find a tour that suited me and wasn't sold out! I'm refusing to call it a once in a lifetime experience just because I know I'll be back many more times. Thanks, D

Hi Andrew, In this way, I would like to thank you for your help in arranging a trip for me (from Jo`burg to Durban via Kruger park). I had a great trip, although I wish I was able to do the full trip with the whole group. Nevertheless, the groups was nice. We were with 8, so more than enough space in the truck, what made that we could all see the animals and did not disturb each other. The two tour guides were really nice. The accommodations were great. I slept even 4 nights outside, which one night a visit of an elephant and the next night a visit of two porcupines. Incredible! And we were so lucky with the animals. After two days Kruger, I had seen already the big 5. In the remaining days I have seen much more impressive animals. And my last day I had a swim in the sea at Durban. Now I am back home in the Netherlands. When I arrived, the snow was waiting for me, a big change in weather. It is quite cold here, but I keep the warm memories. Thank you so much for this great experience! I will never forget.

Hi Andrew, Wow! What a journey...mostly fantastic...the highlights being the Katuuso School Opening in Uganda, Masai Mara in Kenya and the Ngorongoro Crater, Serengeti and Zanzibar beaches. The down side being...I was bitten by a monkey and a turtle and a beetle tried to nest in my navel on the ferry from Zanzibar!!! But all good and caused a lot of laughs. The bad news is my Nokia mobile phone disappeared from my room 37 at the Sunset Bungalows near Kendwa Rocks, North Zanzibar sometime on 11-13th May. Did not realise until we got to Dar that it was missing. Wonder if you could maybe try tracking it down? Of course it has hundreds of my contacts and I am going to be lost without those. Our guide Mwangi (I think) was a disappointing Trip Leader, just gave sporadic info and not always around to answer questions or give further info. The cook Moi and driver Nick did an excellent job. Suzi and Rhondda are on their way home with Qantas, I am heading off in a few hours with Emirates. Thanks again for all your help. Take care, best wishes…

Hi Andrew, Thanks for the message! I actually got back to Canada shortly after the tour ended, and now I'm back at school. We loved our time in Africa, especially all the people we met on the overland tour, and wouldn't have changed a thing! Thanks again for all your help. I miss Africa already, especially since I'm on a placement now in small-town Alberta...Take care
