“Finding exactly the correct paint took a little while but, once chosen, the rest of the ordering process was very easy. Delivery was well within advertised times. I was notified in advance when it would be delivered, and it was on time.”

“Placed my order (Rystic Timbacare 5ltr clear) around 10am, arrived before 11am next day - impressive! Would have given 5 stars but was expecting a mobile/landline call to give me my 1hour slot but, this came as an e-mail, although sent some two hours before product arrived I did not pick this up. Need to be clearer as to HOW this contact will be made.”

“I needed a tin of OSMO wood stain fast, and AG Woodcare delivered it as required. Despite being well packaged up, the tin arrived severely dented and was difficult to open. It's a miracle there was no leak. Maybe some clearer notes on the packaging for the courier would help? Great product and service though.”

“sales person very helpful in what products I would need to buy, but i told him size of building to work out how much I would need to check against the calculations I did and I was advised I would need more than double, I decided to go with my own calculations thinking I could order more, so glad I did as I have still had half of the top coat of paint left over, this would have been a very costly mistake as it was a mixed colour if I had ordered as advised.”

“very quick delivery, brilliant service. Only disappointment was small pin prick hole in bottom of tin upon opening box, so slight leakage of product, but should still have enough to finish job.”
