“After my command, I received an email saying that the delivery will have a delay of 10-20 days (I would like to be informed before my order). Then after 25 days, we call your client service and they said they will do a follow-up with us. They never did. We did 2 or 3 messages and no one call us back. I'm really disapointed with my experience with you.”
“I received an eye serum and the glass was broken and an ambiance spray that leaks everywhere. Impossible yo get trough customers service.
2 days of trying. Last Thursday and Friday in the morning. Plus I got an expensive blanket with a pull !!!!
