“In view of a damaged item, the staff have paid attention and offered to send a new pack. They take excellent care of their customers which is a promising sign of a good business. I am impressed with their customer service and would not hesitate to order again.. one of the few websites to get authentic south Indian groceries and sweets. Highly recommended..”
“Most of the items I ordered from Aha Bazaar have been excellent, except for the Murukkus which turned out to be too hard. Delivery was on time. I am very satisfied with their service and I can access typical south indian snacks easily in the UK.”
“I am revising my review for Aha Bazaar, the customer service is exceptional. They fixed the problem and I suspect they may have won themselves a customer for life. Mind-blowing dedication and drive to improve. Wishing them all the best”
