I appreciate you feeling that the products are a little expensive. All the sweets and savouries that are sold at Aha Bazaar are brought fresh from India. We don't bring them by ship and store them at our warehouse. All the sweets and savouries are made fresh only after customers place order. Given where we are, there are very limited courier options available from India and hence the courier cost is quite expensive. Unfortunately, that is reflected on the price.
Just to confirm that all our groceries (that you would generally buy at high street) like toor dal, atta chana dal, etc are cheaper at Aha Bazaar than the high street prices and other competitors websites.

As you may have realised, we have two types of products. One, groceries that we procure locally and stock it at our warehouse. They will be delivered within 3 days. The other type is Sweets and Savouries, freshly sourced from India, which will take between 5 to 10 days, depending on the day on which customers order. In order to maintain freshness of the sweets and savouries, we do not stock anything at our warehouse.
In your case, you have ordered a combination of both. Hence there is a possibility that your order may have got delayed. In addition, I have to admit that our communication was not clear enough in the beginning. We have now fixed the communication (both email communication and on the website).
Hopefully, this gives some clarity. We look forward to having your continued support.
