“Bulbs were poorly packed and almost all off them broken. Hassle to return and would not send again. canceled order and had to wait for a refund. The bulbs were not even packed with an outer box. I needed bulbs and had to order from another place since they would not send another shipment. I have bought these from other on line retailers with no issues and they always pack them in another box with padding to ensure safe delivery. These guys did not.”

Hi Ken McAlister, Thank you for your review, would you mind revising it or changing your rating per the following information. I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your order and our service. I assure you that as the owner of A-I Consolidated, I value your opinion and your business. If my employees fail to satisfy you at any time, feel free to call me. Please let me know how we could have handled this problem better. A recap on this order from our end shows the following: You placed an order on April 11th. We shipped on the 19th from our location. You contacted us on April 26th about 6 broken bulbs out of 36 and to return the order. We sent a call tag on April 27th to pick up and return to us. We credited you back on the 2nd of May for the full order. Normally we have excellent packaging. In your case, it was not good enough. I have informed our shipping department to improve packaging so this does not happen again. Since we sent a call tag, you did not have to pay for return shipping. We also gave you a full refund upon receiving the 30 good bulbs. I have informed our accounting department to issue an immediate refund when the bulbs were picked up at your location.
