“Am disappointed that the razor shipped to us is not solar panel friendly as advertised. It was advertised with wheels that would help prevent the razor from ramming the metal frames of our panels. I fear over time this razor without wheels is going to smash apart the metal framing around each panel. There were alternate products available on amazon that included these wheels (like A I Consolidated also advertised but didn’t deliver...). Would have bought alternate if known this.”

Troy, I apologize if there was a miscommunication, but the Apollo Solar Panel Snow Sweeper does not come with wheels as it would damage the surface. The Roof Razor does come with wheels. I think you might have gotten the models switched up. One is for roofs and the other is for solar panels. I see that you ordered the Razor after receiving the Apollo Snow Sweeper. If there were any parts missing, feel free to give us a call or if you have any questions. We want to make sure you feel satisfied with your purchase.

“Product arrived quickly everything just as described, shipping not so great I was quoted 26.00 for shipping but I was then charged 130.97 for shipping. I called to get it straightened out and was told that is what shipping was.”

Customer placed the order and picked to ship on his own account, but did not provide an account number. We called the customer; told them they could provide a shipping account number or we could pre-pay and add the shipping. The customer said to pre-pay and add the shipping. We charge exactly what we were charged. He ordered 60 down light kits, which shipped in 5 different packages (10 lb. each) for over 50lbs total. We do not show any estimate of $26.00. 5 packages at 10 lbs. each going ground on UPS shows $166.75, which the customer gets a discounted rate of $130.97. I would be glad to handle the estimate in the future, Matt Flamand.

Thanks for the feedback, we appreciate it very much. We try to get the best picture to represent the product. Sometimes manufacturers only provide one picture for hundreds of items, which have different variations (Blue, Black, 50 ft long or 100 ft etc.). Because we have so many items on our site, some may not be as accurate. This is why we have a statement under our pictures, letting you know that the pictures are representations only and if you need more information to ask. We can also, provide data sheets and literature about an item if its requested.
