“Used for 5 trips in total now and always 100% reliable. Easy on-line booking. Interestingly, although on each occasion I've paid for the cheapest "saloon", I still get a Mercedes!”

“07/01/20 - Gatwick airport to Guildford, family of four with luggage. The driver called as soon as we landed and was waiting outside arrivals gate when we walked through. Polite and friendly. Happy with the service.”

“13/12/2019 Guildford to Luton drop-off at 3.15am, so was nervous about taxis at that time of night. The driver Iddy sms'd in advance. Polite and friendly, good quick trip. Very happy with the service.”

“Incompetent and Dishonest. Failed to meet me twice. First time I had to wait as disabled passenger. Second time they had arrival time and flight wrong despite their confirmation email proving they had correct flight number, date, and time. A driver (not knowing good English apparently) confused AM & PM. They failed to check flight arrival and expected me to pay for their mistake. There ripped me off. A very bad and dishonest service. The flight details told them it was a PM and not an AM arrival, but they blamed me. Avoid this service.”

Absolutely incorrect and dishonest on your part! First and foremost, The confirmation email clearly states 08:05 pickup, and the flight number is clearly wrong on the confirmation email. This is information you have supplied when arranging your booking. We have provided you with a confirmation email and you've had ample time to review and check this confirmation! If you cannot understand the difference between am/pm and 24hour format of time then you cannot blame us for this. Our driver turned up at the disabled pickup area on time as per your instructions of booking, i.e 08:05 we have proof of this in the form of a parking ticket. The flight number provided by you was incorrect. This is the reason we couldnt check your flight. We realized after some amount of searching on the flight database that you must have confused am/pm. Our driver turned up again in the evening at 20:05. (we also have proof of this) Your refused to answer your phone or contact our driver after many attempts. We went out of our way to help you with our driver turning up at the airport twice and you feel like you've been hard done by and feel you require a refund? Please be reasonable!

“Fantastic would highly recommend! Our driver was booked to collect us at 3am - poor man! He called beforehand and was polite and early enough to help with the cases and was really friendly and kind. Will definitely use again. Thank you, 5* service!”

“Airport Shuttles collected us from home & delivered us to Gatwick Airport. The driver arrived in good time to pick us up and we had a pleasant, hassle-free journey. Similarly, on the return journey we were picked up from Gatwick without any problems. The drivers were pleasant and friendly and kept in touch by phone prior to picking us up. They monitored the landing time of the return flight to ensure that we were collected on time. Also, the cost of the service was very reasonable. We would have no hesitation in using Airport Shuttles again in future.”

“Took my partner on a surprise trip, and Airport Shuttles was the mode of transport to the airport, suffice to say he was very curious as to where we were going. Our driver was lovely and polite, got us to the airport in good time despite traffic and suggested an easier pick up point before we met up. Reasonable price and very luxurious would love to use them again!”
