“When I called they were very helpful, I did not know our part number for the filter but the sales Rep. helped me find it and got it on order. The filter came on the day they told me it would and it fit our system perfectly. This company is great to work with and they stand by their product. I will order again from them.”

“This air purifier definitely does it's job, but the power button is coming off. I wish I could take a picture, but i don't have the purifier with me. Essentially there is a black strip where the power button and the level at which the purifier is operating all reside on. That strip is starting to come off and the spring underneath it is coming out. I'm trying to tape it, but would really appreciate either a replacement or some sort of kit that could fix it.”

“Air purifier has a decent design but needs more light traps and a way to just be able to turn off the uv feature and just use hepa at night. Maybe even have a internal timer to cycle uv lights as one would want.”

“We are very pleased with the performance and strength of our sanitaire. We were concerned working with small children (who are not always prepared to cover a cough or sneeze). We chose the sanitaire to help reduce the spread of germs and allergens. Seems to be doing it’s job being that we have had zero cases of virus or contagious illnesses between our kiddos. Only downside is keeping up with our own dusting. The sanitaire is so powerful, the intake vent screen needs to be regularly vacuumed to prevent dust buildup. Overall, we’re pleased with the product.”
